Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before dispatch or collection
• Orders are confirmed only once payment is received
• We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion

Allergens
Our cakes are made in a home kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and gluten. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering — we accept no liability where allergen information has not been disclosed.

Delivery 

• Free delivery (if provided) within 6 miles of NE6 4TT
• Deliveries beyond 6 miles may incur a charge (agreed at time of order)
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control

Customisation
We'll do our best to match your design requests, but handmade cakes may vary slightly from reference images. Final appearance is at our artistic discretion.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
